Google announced that they will perform an update to Google Chrome (effective 16 October) in which they will start blocking requests from websites using Symantec certificate authority (including Symantec-owned brands like Thawte, VeriSign, Equifax, GeoTrust, and RapidSSL).

Please be aware that we do not anticipate a direct impact to ACI Worldwide’s transaction services; however, merchants using Symantec certificates will be impacted.

Please share this message with merchants to take any necessary actions.
