Investigating - Dear Customer,

As a precautionary security measure, ACI Worldwide has temporarily suspended access to the PAY.ON Developer Portal. This action is being taken while we assess whether a newly discovered vulnerability in third-party software has impacts to the Portal. Analysis activities are currently underway, and we will provide a further update once access to the Developer Portal has been restored.

Please note that there are no impacts to payment processing services, the PAY.ON Business Intelligence Platform, or any other online interfaces as a result of the above.

We will be performing an urgent security update maintenance on our Legacy API LIVE environment on Monday 22nd of January 2018 at 12:00 UTC.

Please be aware that we do not anticipate a service interruption during this maintenance window. It will affect only legacy APIs (WPF / AsyncPost / Legacy COPYandPAY v3/4)

The maintenance is scheduled to last for 180 minutes due to gradual rollout.
